  1. Happiness Gathering:

    Thanks to those who attended our first [Happiness Gathering] online gospel and testimonial event on 7/11. It went very smoothly. Through the positive testimonies, we were all blessed and benefited with joy while God was glorified! Outreach will continue the event and would like to invite everyone to join our second [Happiness Gathering] event on 9/5, Saturday night at 8:00PM. If you have questions, please send emails to Sister Maggie.

    Invitations to your friends and families are very welcomed.
  1. Annual General Meeting

    On 11/8/2020 (Sunday) at 12:45PM, there will be an English/Chinese joint service online. The Annual General Meeting for this year will then be held at 2:30PM on Zoom after the joint worship service. Sunday morning worship service at 9:00AM and Sunday Schools will all be canceled on that day. This AGM is just for informative reporting. There will be NO voting on any items.


  1. 10/25 Chinese Sunday worship service live on ZOOM

    The Chinese Sunday worship service will be broadcasting live on ZOOM at 9AM on 10/25/2020. Please be prepared to participate in the live broadcast, please enter the ZOOM connection 15 minutes in advance. If there are any problems, please consult your group leader for assistance. We look forward to meeting you on the ZOOM live broadcast on 10/25/2020 at 9AM.

  1. "Parents, Youths, and Children During COVID-19 Pandemic" Workshop:

    Pastor TC Lin will conduct a workshop for parents, "Parents, Youths, and Children During COVID-19 Pandemic," covering the mental and spiritual health of youths and children as well as parents via Zoom. Workshop will be conducted in English only, no Chinese translation.

    The youth workshop by Akina Lam has launched a new program in September to further include Middle School students. Each online lesson will be held on the FIRST Tuesday of the month (8PM Middle School vs. 9PM High School). Please contact Catherine for any inquiries.

  1. Youth Sunday Service:

    Starting in August, InterHigh will launch a new online platform - a “combined” Sunday service 45 minutes for youths nationwide with Bible content & begin at 2PM. Then a 15-minute session by division & begin at 2:45PM (NJ: Stanley & Rachelle Tsao). Please follow the new schedule & contact Catherine for any questions.

  1. Benevolence Committee:

    Thanks to the diligent work of the Benevolence Committee to process the benevolence fund for the needed brothers and sisters impacted by COVID-19. Nine applications have been processed and benevolence funds have been distributed. Thanks also to the brothers and sisters who contributed to this fund so the love of God can go to those who are in need. While the pandemic is still raging in, everyone is encouraged to continue to give tithes to the benevolence fund as the Bible says: “It is more blessed to give than to receive”. “Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for such sacrifices are pleasing to God.

    Note: If possible, please send checks to church instead of through PayPal due to the service fees.

In May of 1989, Mr. and Mrs. Douglas and Yvonne Chang moved to Northern New Jersey. Shortly afterwards Godwin and Dorcas Chang mentioned to Mrs. Yvonne Chang about the growing number of Chinese (Cantonese-speaking) that were moving into the Edison area. Since all of the Chinese churches in the area were Mandarin-speaking, Dorcas proposed the possibility of starting a Cantonese-speaking church. This church would be able to minister to the Christians and non-Christians living in this area.
